By accessing or using TinyFn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TinyFn provides a REST API with utility endpoints for common programming tasks including but not limited to: mathematical operations, string manipulation, data validation, encoding/decoding, and random generation.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One account per person or legal entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Share, sell, or transfer your API key
  • Use the Service to harm, abuse, or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

5. Rate Limits and Quotas

  • Each plan has specific request limits as detailed on our pricing page
  • Exceeding limits may result in temporary service restriction
  • Unused requests do not roll over to the next billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify limits with 30 days notice

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

  • TinyFn and its content are our intellectual property
  • You retain ownership of data you submit through the API
  • We grant you a limited license to use the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
